Lucas / CAV sandwich type filter

Single head

Flow direction at ports is indicated for agglomerator flow.  This head is suitable for filter flow by directing flow against the direction indicated.

• Two M14x1.5 threaded inlet ports
• Two M14x1.5 threaded outlet ports
• One M10x1.5 threaded bleed port

Double head

Flow direction at ports is indicated for agglomerator flow. This head is suitable for filter flow by directing flow against the direction indicated.

• Two M14x1.5 threaded inlet ports

• Two M14x1.5 threaded outlet ports

• Three M10x1.5 threaded bleed port

Fuel filters

Small and large filters with set of four seals for top and bottom of filter, top centre of filter, and under head of centre bolt.

Upgrade kit

Upgrade from small filter to lagre filter.  FIlter with full set of seals and a suitably sized centre bolt extender.

Water separator / sedimentor unit

Cast aluminium unit the same length as small filter.  It should be noted that this is longer than the standard CAV unit giving a larger capacity.

Large glass base

Large glass base allows visual inspection.  Large glass bowl and cast aluminium base with drain plug.

Nylon mesh pre-filter

Mounts to a M14 port.  Allows visual inspection.

Recommended for use mounted to a water seperator unit for mounting out of airflow close to tank to protect fuel lift pumps.

Hand pump

Diaphragm type pump. Mounts to a M14 port using a banjo bolt. Has a M14 port. Can be configured for input or output. Rebuildable.
